It was reported earlier that Spears got the green light to travel with her two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, for her Circus tour. However, it’s now known that Spears’ ex-husband, Kevin Federline, has not given his consent.
"We are working toward that. There can be an agreement reached in probably the next day, but there is not an agreement that is signed yet," revealed Federline’s lawyer.
Details of the plan are still being developed, but it is believed that Spears will at least be granted her three days per week visitation. Because of the Circus tour, Federline is planning to travel with the two boys, to make the environment as positive as possible for the children.
