Justin Long said that he’s not rekindling with Drew Barrymore, whom he stars alongside in the film He’s Just Not That Into You, after the couple split.
On Monday (January 26), during his appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ellen wanted to know if it was difficult for the 30-year-old actor to promote his romantic comedy, opening on February 6, with his ex-girlfriend.
Long had nothing but good words to for Barrymore, saying, "Up until this point it’s been not awkward at all. No, it’s… because we’re friends, and you know her, she’s effortlessly charming and easy to be around. She has this amazing ability to make anyone feel like at ease."
The couple announced their breakup in July 2008, after dating for a little less than a year.
