Jolie was recently nominated for an Oscar for her performance in Changeling, but the star’s excitement is being tainted by threats of a tell-all book being written by a former employee.
The 33-year-old actress is trying to get the court to stop Mickey Brett from writing a book, that would reportedly reveal how Angelina Jolie went after Brad Pitt while he was still married to Jennifer Aniston.
"He (Brett) knows everything about Angelina. It’s going to be one of the most explosive books ever written," a source told In Touch Weekly.
The source added that the bodyguard had signed a confidentiality agreement before he began working for Jolie. The agreement states that he can not reveal details about the star’s private life.
