Apparently, Russell Crowe did not want Sienna Miller to be his co-star in Ridley Scott’s Nottingham, says Perez Hilton.
The actor, who must lose weight to play Robin Hood, found Miller, who was set to play Marian, to be a little too young for the part.
A rep for the studio confirmed that Miller was dismissed.
Producers have been looking for an older actress, in her late thirties or early forties, to complement Crowe’s age.
