A story was published in Star magazine, saying that the two stars have agreed on a prenup, but the report is completely false.
The tabloid insisted that the Hollywood stars will soon marry, adding that Jolie is pregnant again with twins.
"There is no truth to any of these claims," said a spokesperson for the 33-year-old actress.
Pitt has frequently said that he will marry Jolie when everyone in the United States has the right to marry, including homosexuals. Last month, he said during an interview with Oprah Winfrey that he would marry Angelina if they felt it was important to their kids.
