After months of rumours, it’s been announced that Zombie will write and direct H2.
Rob Zombie’s Halloween was a remake of the John Carpenter film that was released in 1981.
The sequel will pick up where the last film left off, right after Michael Myers is murdered in front of his sister.
Filming is set to begin in March, and the project should reach theatres in time for next Halloween.
The first Rob Zombie Halloween film earned more than $60 million at the box offices in 2007.
