Judge David Eady will deliver the verdict in the suit between Madonna and the Mail on Sunday. The publication was accused of publishing wedding pictures of the singer and Guy Ritchie without their consent.
The 50-year-old singer claims that the photographs were stolen from her Beverly Hills home by a decorator and sold to the Mail on Sunday.
Madonna is asking for $7.5 million in damages and interest, for the invasion of her privacy.
The star’s lawyer, Matthew Nicklin, said of the incident, "She was ambushed, for the simple reason that if the Mail on Sunday had told her what they intended to do, the claimant would have sought and obtained an injunction."
