Blake Fielder-Civil, whom Amy Winehouse is trying to divorce, is headed back to jail for testing positive for drugs during his conditional release.
Freed just weeks ago, Fielder-Civil broke the rules, which could mean that it’s back to the slammer for him until the beginning of 2010.
He escaped rehab and headed straight to the hospital where Winehouse was being treated for an adverse reaction to medication, where he asked his wife for forgiveness. However, he was allegedly under the influence of drugs.
Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months in prison on assault charges. Winehouse began divorce proceedings a few days ago.
