Earlier this week, rumours were circulating that 20th Century Fox wanted to make Speed 3 with Keanu Reeves.
However, the actor denies the rumours, saying, "I honestly don’t know anything about it, I don’t know if they are going to make another one, and if they are it won’t be with me… honestly!"
For Speed 2: Cruise Control, Reeves refused to join the cast, while Sandra Bullock resumed her role, co-starring with Jason Patric. The second instalment was considerably less successful than the first film.
