William Balfour was arrested yesterday (December 1) and charged with murdering Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother, and nephew, reports UsMagazine.com.
Balfour was being held at an Illinois corrections facility for violations of the conditions of a previous arrest for attempted murder. He has now been moved to a Chicago prison, and will stay there until the formal charges are filed, which should happen quickly.
Balfour is the ex-husband of Jennifer Hudson’s sister, Julia.
