Ritchie’s son with Madonna, Rocco, 8, will make a brief appearance in his father’s upcoming film.
Sherlock Holmes stars Robert Downey Jr. in the title role, and Jude Law as Dr. Watson. The story recounts how Holmes and Watson stop a conspiracy from destroying Britain. The film also stars Rachel McAdams, Mark Strong and Eddie Marsan.
Production has been underway in the United Kingdom since October, and the film is expected to reach theatres in 2009.
