One year after he and the E Street band came out of a five-year hiatus, when Magic was released, Bruce Springsteen’s new album, Working on a Dream, is slated for arrival on January 27.
Once again produced by Brendan O’Brien and recorded at the same studio as the last time, Working on a Dream is the result of a surge of inspiration that overcame Springsteen.
After recording Magic, the singer confessed that he was in productive mode and writing new material.
The new songs were recorded while Springsteen and his group were taking a break from their tour. On the new album is the tune called The Wrestler, which is also the theme song for a film of the same name.
