The actor, who starred in the films The Dark Knight, No Reservations, and The Black Dahlia, has signed on to star in a new science-fiction film.
Being directed by Jonathan Liebesman, the story, written by Chris Bertolini, follows a Marine platoon in battle in the heart of Los Angeles following an extraterrestrial invasion. Eckhart will play the leader of the soldiers.
In the meantime, we can see Aaron Eckhart along with Jennifer Aniston in the romantic drama, Traveling, coming out next year.
