Reports have been circulating that Simpson went into labour last night, but her husband, Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy, denies the rumours.
Pete called in to MTV’s TRL finale to respond to the false reports, saying, "Nothing’s happened yet, contrary to what the Internet tells you."
Ashlee’s rep told Entertainment Tonight the reports are not true, adding, "It is a pure fabrication."
