Mitch Mitchell, the drummer for Jimi Hendrix, was found dead yesterday (November 12) in his hotel room in Portland, Oregon, reports NME.com.
The 61-year-old musician was the last surviving member of the group. He was a current member of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, and was on tour with the band. He made a stop in stop in Portland, where according to a report, he died of natural causes.
