Police were ready to interrogate Amy Winehouse concerning the assault incident that occurred in September, following a complaint filed by dancer Sherene Flash. But the British singer completely forgot to meet with authorities, according to News of the World.
This time, police are not laughing and have threatened to arrest the star if she is playing a game of cat and mouse with them.
Winehouse’s excuse was that she was at a clinic on Saturday (October 25) undergoing tests for her lungs. Witnesses confirmed seeing her leave the same London clinic where she had checked in for detox treatments.
A friend of the singer admitted she wasn’t surprised by Winehouse’s no-show, saying, “She’s doing so many drugs she is completely out of it. It’s hardly surprising she missed the interview.”
