According to the New York Post, Cruise and Holmes are moving to New York, after purchasing several lofts in the East Village.
A neighbour revealed that they first purchased five units in the building, which have been converted into a playroom for 2-year-old Suri, another for a gym, and two for their personal staff.
The same neighbour added that during the past few months, the two stars purchased units as they became available, even if they were on different floors.
Cruise has been spotted frequently around the building and is very friendly to everyone he meets. On the contrary, Holmes is much more shy, and often keeps her head down when in public.
