The former Smiths singer said that the book would cover his career in the music industry. However, he did not give further details about the book or when it would be released, reports NME.com.
He said, "So much crap is written about me, it’s hard to live with sometimes. It all gets burned down in history and becomes a part of your legacy."
Morrissey will be releasing a new album called Year of Refusal in February.
