The two stars have agreed to star in the new psychological thriller.
The screenplay, written and being directed by Agnieszka Wojtowicz-Vosloo, will follow a young woman caught between life and death, and a funeral director who seems to have the power to help her.
Filming is set to begin in November in New York.
