The 37-year-old actor, who has three children with Durham, revealed that he plans to legalize his relationship with his children’s mother next summer, reports FemaleFirst.
Wahlberg, who was in Los Angeles yesterday (October 13) for the premiere of his latest film, Max Payne, said, "We’re talking about getting married in August. It’s a good month."
The couple welcomed their third child, Brendan Joseph, in September.
