According to a report by Starpulse.com, the young blonde confirmed the news to TMZ, saying, "Hef and I are no longer together."
Madison did, however, add that she will continue to be in the television series Girls Next Door, which is a reality show on E! that follows the lives of the girls who are living in the Playboy Mansion.
Rumours were circulating recently that suggested that Madison had been unfaithful to Hefner.
