According to The Hollywood Reporter, O’Donnell and McBrayer (30 Rock) will be starring in Cats & Dogs 2: The Revenge of Kitty Galore.
The sequel, which is expected to be released in 2010, takes over where the original film ended, with a battle between the cats and the dogs to rule the universe.
The film will be directed by Brad Peyton (A Tale of Bad Luck) and produced by Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow. Part of the production is already underway in Vancouver.
The people who will provide voices for the film will soon be announced.
