Details of Sharon Stone’s Custody Case

The judge who took custody away from Sharon Stone doesn’t seem interested in returning the star’s son to her.

Court documents are painting a picture of Stone as an overreacting mother to her son, Roan, reports People.

The 50-year-old actress recently lost custody of Roan to her ex-husband, Phil Bronstein.  One of the revelations in the case is that Stone once suggested giving Roan, 8, Botox injections to treat a problem with smelly feet.

The Superior Court judge in San Francisco also believes that the star is too concerned with her own schedule to make her son a priority.  He added that she refused to take part in counseling sessions unless they accommodated her schedule.

"Such conduct on the part of any parent … is unacceptable and does not serve the child’s best interest," said the judge when custody was given to Bronstein.  Stone gets to see Roan on weekends and some holidays.
