Moakler was devasted when she learned that her ex, the former Blink 182 drummer, Travis Barker, was involved in a serious airplane accident. Although the crash took the lives of four other passengers on the plane, Barker is alive, but sustained serious burns.
Moakler rushed to Barker’s bedside just after learning the news of the accident, which took place in Columbia, South Carolina on Friday night (September 19).
A source close to Moakler revealed, "She’s there trying to lift his spirits. She’s there for him and will be there for him as long as it takes. She loves him."
The source added, "When she got the call, she was in shock. She was very upset. It was devastating for her. But she knew she had to keep it together for Travis, her kids and her family."
