Jimmy Page says that he would be honoured to perform for the Olympics when they are held in London in 2012.
Page indicated that he hasn’t yet been asked, but would certainly agree to play for the show.
Last month, Page gave a performance during the Olympics closing ceremony with Leona Lewis. Although the performance was heavily criticised, Page said that he couldn’t understand why. He added that he was only given 10 minutes and no more, but he was honoured to be part of the special evening.
