According to FemaleFirst, the Babyshambles frontman had to be resuscitated on August 28 after a drug overdose.
The paramedics had to revive the singer’s heart, which stopped beating after his promoter, Bettina Aichbauer, made an emergency call from her farmhouse.
The rocker refused to be taken to the hospital to receive further care. Instead, he wanted to give his 45-minute performance, for which he was already late.
He shrugged the whole incident off, saying that he only experienced a minor problem, without revealing any details, and was content to say that he was still alive.
