According to Starpulse.com, Winehouse is getting ready to check herself into a detox centre located near the prison where her husband is being detained.
The British star signed up to go to a clinic in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, with the goal of kicking her drug dependency that has taken over her life.
The centre is only a few minutes away from Blake Fielder-Civil’s prison, where he is doing time for 27 months on charges of corruption.
Mitch Winehouse, the star’s father, commented, "This is a very good idea. If she can get clean and still see Blake it can only be good."
