FemaleFirst reported that Bale could be getting off with a simple warning for the charges brought against him by his mother Jenny and sister Sharon.
Bale’s attorney suggested to the police that the actor simply receive a warning if he were to plead guilty. Otherwise Bale may be charged and would face trial.
The two family members filed a complaint for assault last month. The actor allegedly lost it when his mother and sister asked for 100 000 British pounds, which is around $213 000, to help Sharon with her children.
According to reports, the actor "pushed and shoved" the two women on the night before the film The Dark Knight premiered in Europe.
