According to Marc Cherry, creator of Desperate Housewives, Longoria is yearning to have a baby.
Longoria, who plays Gabriella Solis in the TV show, is trying to conceive a child with her husband, basketball player Tony Parker.
Cherry stated, "Eva is desperately trying to get pregnant with Tony. After they phone their doctor, she promised me I will be the next call!"
In the new season of Desperate Housewives, the actress will have the opportunity to play a mommy. Actually, the show will fast forward five years later when Gabriella will already be the mother of two children.
