Alan Panettiere will face charges of spousal abuse after assaulting his wife Lesley, who had visible marks on her face.
Police were called to the family’s West Hollywood home at 3 a.m. Earlier that evening, the Panettieres had attended a party at Eva Longoria Parker’s restaurant, Beso.
Lesley refused to go to the hospital despite the advice of the police, although photographs of her face were taken.
Hayden Panettiere has a 13-year-old brother, Jensen.
