Soul music pioneer, Isaac Hayes, died Sunday (August 10) in Memphis at the age of 65, reports People.
Hayes was found in his home near an excercise machine in the middle of the day. Family members said that they saw the musician for the last time at noon. Steve Shular, a representative for the late star, said, "Family members had gone to the grocery store and left him home. When the family came home around 1, his wife’s cousin found him lying on the floor in the basement near a treadmill. The treadmill was running, so it is believed that he had been working out."
Although the hospital has not yet revealed the official cause of death, Shular believes that Hayes died of natural causes.
