Usher has asked his mother to come back to work as his manager, reports People.
The mother and son stated yesterday (August 6), "Usher has dissolved his management arrangement with Benny Medina and has re-engaged Jonnetta Patton as his manager."
A source explained, "He wanted her to come back on board and she decided to. He had really poor management and wanted her back."
A spokesperson for the star, Patti Webster, also stepped down from her position on August 1.
Usher’s mother was his manager once before. However, in May, she insisted on retiring, around the same time that the singer was engaged to Tameka Foster.
