The rapper had been accused last May of threatening to kill Marquise’s mother, Shaniqua Tompkins and setting fire to her home. Since that time, the couple has been fighting over 50 Cent’s visitation rights.
The rapper had been slammed with a restraining order prohibiting him from being in the same vicinity as his former girlfriend.
The judge ordered 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, to undergo drug tests before getting any visits with his son. The drug tests came back clean.
