According to the Daily Mail, it seems that the British artist was not too pleased when he learned that his 17-year-old daughter, Coco, shared her tent with Pete Doherty during the Glastonbury Festival, which took place over the weekend.
In March, the 29-year-old singer met Coco in a London bar. Since then, Doherty has been showing the teen how to write songs and gives her guitar lessons, which really has Sting sweating bullets.
A source from Daily Mail said, "Coco’s father isn’t too happy about her hanging around Pete because of his reputation."
In the meantime, the 56-year-old ex-Police member and his wife, actress Trudie Styler, hope to find someone for Coco to date who is just as talented as Pete but runs with a different crowd.
