In November, the cosmetics brand Lancôme will launch an innovative mascara featuring micro-vibrations, reports Santé Magazine.
Öscillation mascara will allow one to effectively distribute mascara onto lashes at a rate of 7 000 movements per minute. The mini motor is built into the handle and runs on a removable, recyclable battery.
When pressing on the applicator, the motor is activated and the brush begins to vibrate while it is applied root-to-tip. The mascara itself was formulated to obtain a finer and smoother texture.
Estée Lauder is planning on making a vibrating mascara as well.
