The cosmetics brand M·A·C is teaming up with designer Esteban Cortazar, from the French fashion house of Emanuel Ungaro, to make a limited edition makeup collection, reports CosmeticNews.
The collection was inspired by Ungaro’s fall/winter 2008 runway in Paris on February 27.
The worldwide launch of the new line, set for October, comes one year after the makeup line M·A·C created in collaboration with designer Alexander McQueen.
The artistic director for M·A·C Cosmetics, James Gager, said, “Following from our collaboration with McQueen last year-which was all about drama and outrageousness-we felt that Ungaro represented another side of MAC’s personality.”
