A Tribute to Heath Ledger

A tribute is paid to Heath Ledger at the end of his last movie, The Dark Knight.

The actor, who died at the age of 28 from an accidental drug overdose, played the evil Joker in the new Batman film, and critics are already saying that he should earn an Oscar for his role, reports FemaleFirst.

The tribute pays homage to Ledger and special effects technician Conway Wickliffe, who both died towards the end of filming last September.

At the end of the film, the memoir is written, "In memory of our friends Heath Ledger and Conway Wickliffe."

The Dark Knight, starring Christian Bale, Michael Cane, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Morgan Freeman, is set to launch in late July.
