Nas Album Release Postponed

The release of the new album by rapper Nas has been pushed back by two weeks.

Def Jam Records has had to reschedule the release date of Nas’ new disc from July 1 to July 15, reports Billboard.com.

Last month, the rapper announced that he scrapped the title N*gger and reclassified it as an untitled project.

The new album’s first official single, Hero, was produced by Polow da Don.

Many other producers collaborated on Nas’ album, including Green Lantern, DJ Toomp, Mark Ronson, Stic.Man, Jay Electronica, Stargate and Cool & Dre.

The CD follows Hip-Hop Is Dead, which Nas released in 2006.
