According to a report from FemaleFirst, the Italian businessman was arrested last March for having paid John Morrongiello a bad check written for $250 000 US. However, he has already reimbursed the amount.
Follieri was able to avoid going to court because Morrongiello decided not to prosecute.
This is not the first time that Follieri has faced legal problems regarding finances. Last year, he was sued for $55 million US after using money from his business for personal expenses, including expenses for his girlfriend.
