The 29-year-old actress will be performing on Broadway in the fall. The producer of the play, Eric Falkenstein, confirmed this news to OK! magazine.
The producer finds that Holmes has the talent needed for this work. “Katie is very well suited for the role of Ann. I think Katie is a tremendous actor. Whenever she decides to come to the stage she’ll be terrific,” he explained.
There have been rumours since March that Holmes would star in a Broadway production. According to OK!, this news will officially be announced in 10 days.
