According to People, the 21-year-old actress was seen drinking and smoking at the Hawaiian Tropic Zone in New York on Saturday (April 19). The party was deejayed by her friend Samantha Ronson. Lohan was seen living it up until 4:00 a.m.
It is not the first time Lohan was seen drinking. In January, she was caught on video drinking a bottle of champagne in Capri, Italy.
Ever since Lohan finished a rehab program at Cirque Lodge, she insists she is taking care of herself and is staying away from tempting situations.
The actress’ family and friends did not comment on the incident.
