A Los Angeles judge ordered Emily Leatherman to appear in court for harassing actor John Cusack.
The obsessed fan was recently arrested in front of the star’s residence, when she failed to respect an order issued against her in 2006 restricting her from approaching Cusack within 500 feet.
Leatherman, 33, is at risk for serving 3 years in prison for her latest harassment incident. She is also facing charges of theft and breaching the terms of her order. If she is found guilty, she could face an additional 6 months for each charge.
The crazed fan seems to easily fall in love with movie stars. She was arrested for being in front of Tom Cruise’s house last year.
