According to a spokesperson at the Flamingo Hotel where the 40-year-old singer was performing, Braxton is doing better. She was hospitalised on Monday (April 7) at St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Las Vegas.
The celebrity was complaining of chest pains caused by pericarditis, a condition the singer has had since 2004.
The star is resting and her concerts have been postponed. The casino’s president stated, "We wish Toni a quick recovery and would like her to take the time she needs to regain optimal health. We are looking forward to her return at the end of the week."
