People reports that the starlet’s former bodyguard, David Kim, has filed a lawsuit against Lohan for $55 000.
Kim claims that he was hired by Lindsay Lohan on October 13, 2006 via, "various oral and text messages." The bodyguard was hired to protect the Mean Girls star for $4 000 per week and now says that he was never paid.
The bodyguard added that he also had to pay his own travel fees to accompany Lohan to various appearances, and he also paid for damages to his car that occurred while fleeing the paparazzi with Lohan in tow.
Lohan says that she never hired David Kim to protect her. "I’m not aware of that bodyguard. I’ve never even heard of that person," stated the actress.
