Filmmaker Vadim Perelman (House of Sand and Fog) has released this work that is based on an impetuous and vibrant Diana (Wood), a teenager who cannot wait to become an adult . The young girl tests her limits when combining sex and drugs. Her sense of invincibility vanishes when an act of violence occurs at her school. Fifteen years later, the teenager-turned-adult (Thurman) still struggles to overcome the trauma imposed by that tragic day.
