Stone Temple Pilots on Tour

Stone Temple Pilots added 50 concert dates to their upcoming tour.

Stone Temple Pilots, who have just recently reunited after having participated in several summer festivals, are kicking off their own tour comprising 50 shows.

According to Billboard.com, the group who has been separated since 2002, will perform in amphitheatres up until autumn.  Although details remain to be confirmed, we know that their first appearance will be at the Rock on the Range festival which begins on May 17 and 18 in Columbus, Ohio.

Further details will be unveiled during the press conference set for April 7 in Los Angeles.

In the meantime, lead singer Scott Weiland concludes a tour in Amsterdam with Velvet Revolver, a group that was formed by former Guns N’ Roses guitarist, Slash.
