Based on a report from FemaleFirst, Denise Richards has finally won the legal battle over taking back her maiden name two years after the finalisation of her divorce with Charlie Sheen.
The couple separated in 2005 after three years of marriage. The divorce was finalised one year later in 2006, but Richards had always been registered under her married name.
Richards finally received permission to withdraw her married name on all official documents after the judgment was made last Friday (March 21).
