According to Us Magazine, Lutfi completed papers on Friday (March 14), contesting the decision ordered by the Superior Court of California which prolongs the restraining order against him. He will not be able to have contact with Spears for at least one more month.
The documents signed by Lutfi did not reach the courtroom until March 17, after the hearing which ordered that the restraining order barring Lutfi from seeing the singer will be extended until April 16. Lutfi will appear in court on April 16 to petition this decision.
