According to The Hollywood Reporter, the team behind Gone Baby Gone will be bringing a crime novel to the big screen.
Miramax Studios have gotten the rights to adapt Sakey’s first best-seller. Affleck and Sean Bailey, who produced Gone Baby Gone together, will be producing this movie. The screenplay will be written by Aaron Stockard, a former personal assistant for Matt Damon, who also co-wrote the screenplay of Gone Baby Gone. The story shows two friends that grow up in Chicago and after committing a few crimes in their childhood, they take different paths.
