Designer Emanuel Ungaro is diving into beauty products after making a deal with MAC Cosmetics. The artistic director of the Canadian company, Sharon Dowsett, teamed with Ungaro after being inspired by his fall/winter 2008-2009 collection.
A dozen beauty products will be created in limited editions for women, and will be available in October at MAC counters.
Ungaro is not the only designer to have worked with MAC Cosmetics. Alexander McQueen and Manish Arora have also worked with the brand.
